Terms of use
Last updated 31 October 2026.
These terms cover use of this website and an introduction to how Mezaflow is offered. Businesses that sign up agree the price, start date and any other details with us in writing before the service begins, and that agreement works alongside these terms.
By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The service
Mezaflow provides an AI receptionist and business management platform: answering customer messages, checking a calendar and booking appointments, customer records and reporting. Each business is set up personally, and access is by invitation.
The AI receptionist works within the rules the business sets and a person can take over at any time. The business remains responsible for its appointments, its prices and what it promises its customers, and for checking that the information it gives us is correct.
We aim to keep Mezaflow available and accurate, but it depends on third-party services such as messaging and calendar providers, and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Using it properly
You must not misuse the website or service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break into it or interfere with it, and no sending messages to people who have asked not to be contacted. Businesses are responsible for having the right to message their customers.
Mezaflow, its name, logo and software belong to us. A business keeps ownership of its own customer information.
Liability, changes and contact
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to a business is limited to the fees it paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: hello@mezaflow.com.
